As a Management Accountant at LI, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial information, conducting financial analysis enabling senior management in decision-making and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. This service will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure the company's financial health and contribute to its overall success.
The day-to-day activities of this role will involve looking over the business's accounts, invoices, working on payroll and accounts payables, giving the successful candidate a well-rounded accountancy exposure.

Your responsibilities

Working in collaboration with LI's People Services to deliver business payroll function, using LI payroll system Xero Payrol

Ensuring timely and accurate submission of PAYE and pension contribution return

Responding to employee queries and payroll related issues in a timely manne

Keeping up to date with changes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislatio
n
Preparation of VAT returns
Using the Xero bookkeeping system to analyse and report on business financial progress enabling senior management decision makin
g
Balance sheet reconciliation
s
Supporting month-end and year-end close process
Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
Performing other financial duties as assigned by managemen
t
