We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to help elevate our organic social media presence and engagement across multiple hotel and resort profiles.
This remote-first role will work closely with the wider marketing team, particularly our Content Marketing Manager, plus key stakeholders at our properties to develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and bookings at both brand and local level.
Our ideal candidate has experience working agency-side or within a multi-site customer facing brand. They should be passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and social media best practices.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and implement organic social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to support business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content via Sprout, ensuring consistency in brand tone and messaging.
Manage and grow multiple social media accounts while liaising with individual hotels and resorts to source high-quality content.
Actively engage with audiences, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to enhance brand reputation and guest relationships.
Analyse performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimise content strategies.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to continuously refine our approach.
Support influencer collaborations, user-generated content campaigns, and brand partnerships to expand reach and engagement.
Assist with offer creation and website content to align with social media campaigns.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proven experience managing organic social media for multi-site brands in hospitality, travel, retail, or related industries, either in-house or agency-side.
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic photo/video editing.
Previous experience of growing a TikTok following and understand of how best to leverage content that will engage audiences on the platform
Excellent understanding of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment while managing multiple accounts.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting on social performance and insights.
Passion for hospitality, travel, and digital storytelling.
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.

LOCATION: This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to our hotels and resorts when required. Travel costs will be reimbursed.
SALARY: £30,000-£35,000 DOE
