What will you do:
The Traversal Channel Capabilities tribe is actively searching for a expert JAVA dev engineer with a strong analysis mindset. The squad is responsible to handle documents generation & distribution in channels for both internal & external customers. You will be part of a dynamic development Java team.
You will be integrated in the dedicated Java development team :
Provide support & advices in client or back-end -side and best practices
Analyse & Develop the documents generation
Discuss with Application Lead developer, Application consultant/integrator to handle/challenge project feedback and new components candidate
Write analysis and user guide
Provide support & advices regarding all topics related to document generation
Participate actively to the testing phase

- PURPOSE The objective of this statement of work (SoW) is to outline the scope of work and deliverables for the Asset, Configuration, Patching and Vulnerability (ACPV) Programme Management Support to be conducted by the selected company. This work package will provide programme management support to the ACPV Programme Manager function to develop identified deliverables. It will also provide advice on best practice and methodology to support effective enterprise programme management. The products from this work will be used within NATO structure to execute ACPV Management function. BACKGROUND ACPV supports the NATO strategic objective to enhance cyber defence and resilience. It directly contributes to NATO’s cybersecurity posture, proactively challenging adversarial freedom of manoeuvre in cyberspace, countering malicious cyber activities on the Alliance and contributing to Enterprise cyberspace situational awareness in a dynamic environment. NATO needs to continuously improve its Enterprise vulnerability management process as part of its aim to operate at the high security levels, which ensure its effectiveness and reliability. The ACPV Core System is expected to provide the NATO Cybersecurity ecosystem with adequate ACP management for vulnerability assessment information within the NATO Enterprise, ensuring that NATO CIS are understood, monitored, patched and actioned properly, in order to improve their protection against the full spectrum of current and future cyber threats. In support of this, the NCI Agency is tasked under a Programme of Work (POW) to support the ACPV programme management function. To support this work, the NCI Agency is looking for subject matter expertise in the delivery of complex, foundational and novel capability. This contract is to provide consistent support, on a completion-type (deliverable-based) contract, to the NATO HQ Office of Chief Information Office (OCIO), thereby contributing to its POW based on the deliverables that are described in the scope of work below. SCOPE OF WORK The aim of this contract is to support the OCIO with programme management expertise specifically related to ACPV. The requestor expects the work to be executed with effective planning, research, writing, holding external and internal discussions, modifying documents (including after each meeting), reporting progress, including meetings. Under the direction / guidance of the NCIA Project Manager and OCIO Point of Contact, the Contractor will be the part of the OCIO Team and will provide services using an Agile and iterative approach using multiple sprints. Each sprint is planned for a duration of one (1) week. The content and scope of each sprint will be agreed with the NCIA Project Manager during the sprint-planning meeting, in writing. The work shall be conducted in close collaboration between the Contractors and NCI Agency project manager as described below: Stakeholder Main Role (s) NCIA PM: Project lead and main stakeholder OCIO PM: Monitoring, controlling and acceptance of service delivery Contractor: Providing services and deliverables as identified above COORDINATION AND REPORTING The contractor shall participate in daily status update meetings, activity planning and other meetings as instructed, physically in the office, or in person via digital means using conference call capabilities, according to the manager’s / team leader’s instructions. SECURITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT It is mandatory to have the candidate be in possession of a NATO SECRET security clearance to facilitate follow-on engagements and coordination at NATO venues. The signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement between the contractor contributing to this task and NCIA will be required prior to execution. PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS The contractor will be required to provide services approximately 100% onsite in Brussels, BEL as part of this engagement, during standard working hours of the ACPV Programme Management Function Team which is also located in BRUSSELS / BEL. The contractor may be required to travel to other NATO locations as part of his role. Travel expenses for missions to other NATO/NCIA locations rather than NATO HQ in Brussels are out of scope and will be borne by the NCI Agency separately. - Role:: Active Directory Security Support Braine-l’Alleud, Walloon Region, Belgium (On-site) Scope of work: The Office of the CIO (OCIO) Enterprise Cyber Security Posture Improvement project focuses on acquisition and implementation of state-of-art tools to enhance Enterprise-wide cybersecurity capabilities considering the key cybersecurity functions. NCI Agency initiated a project and procured Active Directory Clean-up Tool (Tenable Identity Exposure) providing identity unification and risk scoring, real‐time attack detection and continually assessing directory services security in real‐time, eliminate attack paths that lead to domain domination, and investigate and inform. To support NISC for the execution of tasks identified in the subject work package of the project, the NCI Agency is looking for subject matter expertise in the delivery of complex, foundational and novel Cybersecurity capability. The objective of this position is to provide Active Directory security support service on Site for NATO CIS, consisting in operation and management of multiple Tenable Identity Exposure installations, monitoring Active Directories’ security posture, develop and use automation mechanisms (scripts), investigate security events, develop mitigation measures, and support the remediation of the Active Directory-related security findings. Vulnerability remediation is a crucial aspect of addressing the security issues of an Active Directory infrastructure identified through a security auditing function. It involves a systematic process of assessing, prioritizing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities within the Active Directory environment. Remediation actions are taken to address identified vulnerabilities and reduce the risk of exploitation. This may involve applying security patches released by vendors, reconfiguring systems to address misconfigurations, updating security policies and procedures, enhancing network segmentation, or implementing additional security measures such as intrusion detection systems or endpoint protection solutions. After remediation actions are implemented, the effectiveness of the remediation efforts is validated through testing and monitoring. This contract covers 3 (three) Tenable Identity installations that monitor and protect multiple Active Directory forests and directories; the required activities are described below. Duties: Active Directory security operations: Operate the Tenable Identity installations, in coordination with the Continuous Vulnerability Assessment and Identity and Access Management teams, Monitor the Tenable Identity Exposure-generated events, detect and support remediation of Active Directory incorrect permissions/roles/groups’ configurations, Report the identified CIS security incidents following the NCIA procedure, and support the security investigations, Create monthly AD security compliance reports, including the amounts of active, inactive and disabled users and service accounts, Support the installation/configuration, and upgrade the Tenable Identity Exposure installations in scope of this SOW, following the NCIA change management process and using NCSC security configurations to ensure compliance of the managed networks with NATO Security Directives, Support the development of mitigation and remediation plans, following the identification and assessment of cybersecurity risks for Active Directories in scope, Assist with complex remediation activities for the NATO CIS in scope of this SoW; conduct remediation activities in collaboration with the NCIA Service Delivery Managers, Ensure adequate level of systems/data protection is implemented for NISC managed CIS in accordance with NATO Security policies and directives, Perform all operation, support and maintenance activities described in Annex C, Log and track Service and Change requests using the enterprise ticketing system (ITSM), Ensure all tickets are updated with accurate and detailed information and resolved within the agreed service levels.
