Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of key stakeholders. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage change and transformation within a digital and technology environment. Hands-on experience with Azure projects is essential.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in project management and delivery, with a strong focus on digital and technology change management.
Budgeting & Cost-Benefit Analysis: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and perform detailed cost-benefit analyses.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management: Strong experience in risk assessment, controls, and effective issue escalation.
Reporting & Analysis: Proficiency in generating and interpreting detailed project reports.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage transformation projects.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure projects.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
