We are looking for a proactive Junior Salesforce Administrator to support our Salesforce CRM system. In this role, you will assist the Salesforce team in delivering projects while also providing support for the IT team and end users with Salesforce-related issues. You will help maintain and optimise our Salesforce environment to maintain system efficiency and data integrity. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced Salesforce team, providing the opportunity to grow your career in the Salesforce ecosystem.


To ensure success as a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication abilities, a collaborative mindset and the ability to diagnose problems are essential. You will work closely with end users, the IT team, and the wider Salesforce and Development team to resolve issues, provide support, and contribute to projects. Working towards your Salesforce Administrator certification, you will gain expertise in Salesforce configuration and best practices providing growth into the Salesforce ecosystem.


Junior Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:


Assist the Salesforce team and stakeholders in gathering business requirements and proposing system improvements.

Document processes, workflows, and system changes.

Communicating change across the business.

Support the maintenance and configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party managed packages.

Manage and deploy Salesforce changes using Gearset while tracking releases and projects in Jira.

Follow CI/CD processes for the development and deployment of system changes.

Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues such as Flow errors, record access problems, and general Salesforce training.




Junior Salesforce Administrator Requirements:


2-3 years of experience in an IT or Salesforce-related role.

Working towards Salesforce Administrator certification.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively document processes and engage with stakeholders.

Experience working with users at all levels of an organisation.

Can provide clear communication and support through various channels, via in person, email etc.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative and being proactive.

We are looking for an experienced GCP Security Lead to join our growing team. This role requires a hands-on individual with deep knowledge in securing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, as well as expertise in threat modeling, hardening GCP services, and cloud security posture management.
