By seeing the bigger picture, you’ll ensure that investments in tooling, infrastructure, and architecture pay dividends across the entire product area. Be a Force Multiplier for Engineering Quality: You’ll raise the bar for engineering excellence. Through code reviews, architecture discussions, and the introduction of best practices, you’ll help teams ship high-quality code at pace. You’ll identify gaps in our engineering capabilities—whether that’s performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, or testing strategies—and work with stakeholders to address them systematically. Mentor and Grow Our Talent: You’ll model exceptional technical leadership and mentor senior and junior engineers alike. By coaching others on system design, debugging complex issues, and navigating trade-offs, you’ll elevate the skill and confidence of those around you.
