Your office will be the development kitchen and you will be living an breathing the finest fresh salad and herb produce and the flavours this creates. Your love for food will be obvious and you will have a knack for spotting trends before they hit the shelves. You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food product development or manufacturing is essential, and a background in fresh or FMCG would be a bonus. Short shelf life product experience will help.

Lead the Journey – From kitchen concept to full-scale production, you’ll manage the entire process, ensuring quality and innovation every step of the way.
