Wat doet een Supervisor (Future Leader) bij Volvo Group?
Als supervisor sta je in voor de operationele leiding van logistieke- of productieprocessen. Dit betekent dat je jouw mensen begeleidt en aanstuurt om samen de vooropgestelde objectieven te bereiken. Jij stoomt ze klaar tot professionals die efficiënt kunnen werken in een fast-paced environment, waar verandering dagelijks op het agenda staat.
