At Semetis, we turn data into business growth. We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead to bridge the gap between raw data, marketing intelligence, and strategic decision-making. You will be at the heart of our strategic department, ensuring insights drive real marketing and business impact.

Your Mission:
Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing and business decisions.
Scope and optimize analytics, measurement, and dashboarding projects for top clients.
Work closely with consultants and leadership to define and refine key business KPIs.
Ensure data quality, build meaningful reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
Coach and train teams, fostering a strong data-driven culture at Semetis.

What You Bring:
4-7 years experience in analytics, data insights, measurement, or BI.
Expertise in web analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Piwik Pro) and dashboarding (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
Understanding of business KPIs, ensuring analytics drive marketing and revenue growth.
Strong autonomy and ownership, able to take initiative and drive projects forward.
Some SQL knowledge (or willingness to learn) and familiarity with cloud solutions (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
Critical thinker, able to assess what analytics services should and shouldn’t be offered.
