I am looking for a Founding Engineer to join my Start Up client in London. This person will be instrumental in building and scaling my client’s AI-powered platform. I’m looking to speak to anyone with experience in AI/ML, LLM’s and Agentic flows.

Key Skills and Responsibilities
Strong experience with Django/Python
Proven experience within Start Up or Scale Up environments
Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices
Experience with performance monitoring and optimisation
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Architect and design scalable backend systems, making strategic decisions about technologies and frameworks.
Lead technical incident response and root cause analysis, implementing robust solutions to prevent future issues
Collaborate with the founding team to align technical decisions with business objectives
