We are currently looking for a full-time Junior Controller (gn) to join our team at our Headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium, with an immediate start date. This position offers a hybrid work model with two office days per week.

Your Role
Act as a hands-on Controller and the right hand to the Finance Director
Manage group reporting and cash flow analysis
Contribute to the development of a mature finance back office
Oversee consolidation processes
Implement guidelines and procedures
Participate in group integration projects
If needed, you will support your colleagues with general accounting tasks.
Preparation for auditfile
Peparation of statutory requirements (annual accounts, minutes)
Your Skills
A degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in accounting, economics, or equivalent experience
You have about 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
Preferably, you have an audit background
Expert proficiency in Excel
Good knowledge of local (BE) GAAP
Good knowledge of Power BI and Lucanet is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages such as German or French is a significant advantage
A proactive team player with a hands-on approach to work
