Roles and responsibilities
Design and create digital content and landing pages to support campaigns, enhance user journeys, and deliver impactful digital experiences.
Build visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages using your CMS.
Develop and design engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Lead and shape digital content design for web, collaborating closely with UX designers and marketers, and considering UX writing practices.
Ensure content aligns with our experience vision, design principles, content strategy, and brand values.
Plan, analyze, and produce content and product copy that is relevant, easy to understand, accessible, inclusive, and conforms to the brand style and tone of voice.
Understand user psychology to translate product specifications into customer needs, engaging customers and increasing conversions.
Ensure a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
Continuously improve the Proximus.be website for all segments to drive organic traffic, generate online conversions, reduce call volumes, and achieve NPS targets.
Collaborate closely with different Tribes to optimize digital flows in line with customer journeys and value propositions.
Conduct user research and analyze data to understand user behavior and optimize content for better user experience and conversion rates.
Organize recurring customer tests and A/B tests to validate assumptions and continuously optimize digital interfaces.
Define and monitor usage performance KPIs, making necessary updates to steer improvements.
Use data, insights, and research to make informed content and design decisions.
Monitor customer feedback and metrics to optimize the user experience.
Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation and optimization.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, copywriting, and AI applications.
Keep an active watch on SEO trends and best practices to ensure content remains competitive.

Create landing & product pages based on templates
Provide SEO optimized & conversion-focused copy in 4 languages (thanks to the support of AI)
Build webpages in our CMS
Analyze and improve SEO and organic traffic
Analyze performance to optimize pages by using tools as Adobe Analytics, Content Square, SEMrush…) and customer’s feedback
Propose AB testings and continuous optimizations, …
Manage stakeholders.
Attend agile ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, refinement, demo’s…)
Who you are:
You have minimal 3-5 year of proven experience as a UX Copywriter, Content Designer, or SEO specialist.
You are familiar with AI tools and technologies used in content creation and optimization
Knowledge of these tools is a plus:

You have good knowledge of French OR Dutch AND English; able to participate and interact in a multi-language's meetings.

The weekly report is expected to be delivered each first working day of a calendar week, before Close of Business. No weekly report is due if that week does not include any working day (for instance: long official holidays such as Christmas break). Monthly: Monthly: delivery of vulnerability report to the SDM and SAO, with an overview of the critical/high vulnerabilities identified, the status of the recommended actions to show in a graphical way plus the trend of the security posture of internet facing services.
