Your Mission

As our IT & Digitalization Manager, you will:
Drive Digital Transformation – Lead the modernization of our tools and services to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Develop and Implement IT Strategies – Align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring scalability and innovation.
Manage IT Infrastructure – Oversee systems, software, and platforms, ensuring smooth operations and security.
Optimize Customer-Facing Digital Solutions – Enhance digital tools, platforms, and services to improve customer interaction and satisfaction.
Collaborate Across Departments – Work closely with teams to identify digital needs and implement effective solutions.

Your Profile

Proven experience in IT management, digitalization, or digital transformation
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and business digitalization tools
Ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders
A strategic mindset, with hands-on problem-solving skills
Bilignual Dutch / French ; full professional proficiency in English ; knowledge in German is a huge plus !
