Required Skills & Experience In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Service Management solutions or cloud software solutions and ability to articulate their business value. Strong customer relationship management skills, with experience in managing key accounts to maximize revenue. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strong sales plan, driving new revenues through business development and account growth. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders. Experience in forecasting and reporting sales activity. Requirements Proven experience in software and services sales. Experience selling complex SaaS solutions, preferably in the Enterprise Service Management space, with at least 1 year in the ESM, ITSM, or ITOM space, ideally with ServiceNow.
