Contexte :
Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Data & AI Practice Lead (H/F) en CDI pour rejoindre Noveo et développer notre practice en Data et Intelligence Artificielle. Vous contribuerez à notre vision d'accompagner nos clients dans leurs transformations digitales grâce à l’IA et aux technologies analytiques de pointe.
En tant que Data & AI Practice Lead, vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter cette unité stratégique en créant des solutions innovantes, en développant les relations avec les partenaires clés, et en renforçant la position de Noveo sur le marché de l’IA.
Missions :
Vos principales responsabilités seront:
Définir et exécuter la stratégie de Noveo pour devenir un partenaire incontournable en Data et IA.
Construire, diriger et transformer la practice Data & IA en développant des offres et solutions qui positionnent Noveo comme un acteur différenciant.
Piloter la croissance commerciale de l’unité Data & AI, en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de ventes, de la prospection au suivi de compte.
Diriger une équipe de consultants et experts et la faire évoluer pour garantir des solutions avant-gardistes à nos clients.
Établir et maintenir des relations stratégiques avec les partenaires technologiques (Talend, Qlik, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform…).
Participer aux activités d'avant-vente et de solutioning en apportant une expertise technique et stratégique.
Développer et promouvoir des solutions de transformation par l’analytique en collaboration avec les autres pratiques internes.
Représenter Noveo dans l'écosystème de l’industrie et auprès des analystes du secteur.
Profil recherché :
Nous recherchons 1 Data & AI Practice Lead (H/F) possédant au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la data et de l’IA, avec une capacité à concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes et avec un bon sens de la pédagogie pour accompagner nos équipes et clients.

YOUR ROLE WILL BE As an Analytics Engineer (full stack data engineer) on the Platform Tribe's Data Squad, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the data landscape for both our customer-facing application and internal admin tools.
