Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Transformation Manager to support our business transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving key communications and coordination across various teams and stakeholders. The role focuses on business strategy rather than technical implementation, and the audience will primarily be product owners, offer design experts, and offer launch leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Program Communication:
Develop and manage regular program communications, including newsletters, Yammer posts, and other internal content to keep teams informed of key updates, milestones, and news.
Orchestrating and Managing Community Calls:
Organize, coordinate, and facilitate community calls, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams across regions.
Pitch Decks and Presentations:
Create clear, impactful pitch decks to support the global commercial team (Offer Launch Leaders, Category Managers) in communicating effectively with Southeast (SE) country organizations. These decks will focus on business transformation, offer launches, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in program management or change management within a business transformation context.
Strong communication skills, including content creation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation development.
Comfortable working with a variety of business teams, particularly those focused on product offerings and commercial strategy.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables while ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
