Job Description
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team on a 9 month fixed term contract to deliver the commercial and enabling teams people plan whilst working closely with the Heads of Commercial and Enabling functions.
You will be responsible for, providing pragmatic, commercial and employee-focused advice, and support. You will utilise your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and manage change, ensuring that we retain motivated teams of employees who can deliver an excellent service to our customers.
Provide specialist guidance and support through strong commercial HR delivery Heads of functions. This will include adopting an influencing style of HR that encourages and coaches the business leaders to make the right people management decisions.
Is a key player in the contribution towards the delivery of business plans.
Lead and deliver the change management plan of cultural development across your functions
Participate in projects, providing input to improve ways of working and business change and efficiency across the UK network
Identify areas for change and implement a strategic plan.
Coach, influence and challenge leaders to ensure quality performance delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR strategy and development of the UK HR Function
Lead successfully all aspects of the People cycle and supporting across the functions
We are looking for the successful candidate to join the team on the 1st April 2025.
