We are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to join an international D2C organisation and support the wider Freight Commercial team with insights, reports, and strategic recommendations. Your analysis will play a key role in improving commercial performance and driving data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse commercial performance data and identify key trends.
Deliver regular reports and in-depth analyses to the commercial team.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimise commercial outcomes.
Develop forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement insights.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of commercial actions.

Your Background:

Ideally French & English Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
Good understanding of commercial processes and performance management.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Previous experience in data analysis or business intelligence is a plus.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently.

Its Data Analysis Core facility (DAC) supports researchers by developing innovative tools and analyses while promoting FAIR data governance. The DAC is expanding its team by hiring data managers to ensure data is handled, processed, and shared in a manner that is “as open as possible, as closed as necessary.” Job description (mission) We are seeking an individual to implement and support best practices in data management, with an initial emphasis on the creation and maintenance of a microscopy database using OMERO+ (Glencoe). Your primary responsibility will be to assist researchers in adopting the new OMERO+ platform while maintaining and optimizing data management practices. You will serve as a key liaison, connecting the DAC’s data management and analysis teams, the microscopy platform (ICM.Quant), and the IT department, to align the tools with researchers’ needs and the broader open science strategy. Start date: May 2025 Clearance: NATO Secret Location: Mons (100% onsite) Duties and Activities: Ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date data for Active Directory (AD) Security issues: Ensure accurate and up-to-date AD data is collected from the different Domains in scope, Security baselines are configured based on industry best practice and NATO policies, Review existing policies, fine tune and improve them at the same time, Report to the Tool Managers any technical issues, such as connectivity problems between Tenable Identity Exposure and other integrated systems or errors in scans or reports, Follow up the new releasing of the security solutions to consider the implementation of new features or capabilities Monitoring, analysing the collected data, prioritizing based on risk assessment for Active Directory (AD) Security issues: Monitor the solution daily Identify the potential security issues Ensure that the collected data is analysed Prioritize the remediation actions based on the previous point Reporting Active Directory (AD) Security issues: Critical vulnerabilities will be reported within 4 hours since identified High vulnerabilities will be reported within 8 hours since identified Deliver a comprehensive vulnerability report to each stakeholder under you area of responsibility taking into account all vulnerabilities posing a security risk, remediation actions recommended to the system/application owners and the status of the recommended actions.
