About The Team And The Role
We are currently running a number of projects and are looking for e-commerce executives to work across Sales, Account Management, and Trade activities.
We want to make the shopping experience for our customers as simple, smart and inspiring as possible.
What You’ll Do
Utilise all available merchandising levers to drive conversion through customer-friendly and commercially-savvy decisions.
Use data to continually identify opportunities to improve website/app performance and conversion rate to improve sales performance.
Own weekly merchandising and department reporting, attending department trading meetings as the merchandising representative.
Work with the Buying & Promotions teams within Grocery and Home & Lifestyle to drive sales and achieve commercial targets.
Make insightful trade-offs and prioritisation decisions into how to spend your time to optimise merchandising on Ocado.com and mobile apps.
Drive innovation and provide inspiration for our customers by continually thinking through new ways to shop that drive conversion and sales.
Evaluate and react to competitors' merchandising activities & customer trends.
Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business; Grocery Buying, Home & Lifestyle, Marketing, Insights, Creative & Branding, Supply Chain and Suppliers.
