About the Role:
Vivo are looking for an IT System Administrator to join an organisation going through a major transformation of moving from on-prem to the cloud.
You'll be working within a team to deliver reliable solutions, offer infrastructure support and help change the way this business uses its infrastructure. Working on both BAU and project-based work you will be instrumental in the evolution of the way that their infrastructure is used.
It is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business and be key in their technology roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Work with the business to set-up, maintain and decommission on-site networks and servers
Provide local support for the internal teams
Work on projects including system integrations and Azure migrations
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalations and trends
Skills:
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Windows & Office 365
Strong networking and firewall skills
Scripting experience
Hands-on experience working in a similar environment is desirable

- A market leading, multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund are looking to make a specialist hire into its European operations function. Working as ‘Collateral Management SME’, the operations analyst will be exposed to the firm’s full European trading coverage. Core responsibilities in this role include managing collateral, daily margin, counterparty risk and liquidity. The role also has a core project focus, mainly focused on platform enhancements & efficiency drivers – the hire will run many projects individually, many that he/she will have mandated themselves (to make BAU even easier / more analytically focused). It is possible to learn Python, VBA and SQL to a strong standard in this role. Progression possibilities are varied - a managerial role in this specialist function (as it builds out), or a move to a trader assistant role, or a move into treasury / portfolio financing are the most likely options. Candidates should have 2-5yrs experience in a hedge fund or top tier IB operations / trade support role. We expect candidates to have strong academics and ideally some advanced tech skills. Whilst this is an analyst level role, it will pay a £100-150k year-one total comp package. The hire will also receive a generous sign-on bonus.
