Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Telesales/Planning Coordinator located in Leeds. The role involves, daily route planning, converting sales enquiries into surveys, effective communication throughout. As an invaluable member of our team you will find yourself in a position of trust when dealing with the more vulnerable, therefore you truly must enjoy and love helping others and making an impact in someone's else's live. Part of your daily tasks will involve, turning enquiries into surveys, book and plan surveys and installations, manage customer walk-in's and showroom appointments, both at our Gildersome (Leeds) and our Whinmoor (A64) showroom. React quickly to changes and short notices to meet business and customer demands. Manage and update CRM system with all customer details as well as weekly and monthly reporting (training will be provided)
