I am working with a creative software agency in Bristol who are looking for a Support Engineer to join their team.
You will be working in a team of 3 within the support function.
This is a multifaceted role that will involve offering support to Clients which includes support relating to websites, CRM Systems, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
The company offers access to a wide range of certifications, skills, and training so you do not need to have all of the skills included in this post. You will learn and develop professionally within role.
If you have experience with some of the following, your application will be considered:
C#, object-oriented programming, Dynamics 365, Umbraco, Scrum, DevOps, SQL, Git, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, problem solving, managing tickets, fault resolution, bespoke Microsoft solutions, API's, data driven decision making.
You should be someone who is passionate about technology and wants to work in a busy, fast paced organisation.
The products that they produce are complex and require innovative solutions in order to meet client expectation.
You will be responsible for all service desk enquiries. Speaking with clients, advising on issues, route case analysis, making data led decisions, improving service efficiency on an ongoing basis.

Experience Needed
Software support experience Working to industry best practices and standards Degree in Computer Science related subject is an advantage Experience with some of the following: Dynamics365, Umbraco, Object oriented programming, API's, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ITIL, Git, Bootstrap, Scrum, Agile, DevOps, Azure, SQL
You should be able to travel to the Bristol office twice per week.
