Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
Manage inbound and outbound mail, ensuring timely distribution.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist in handling basic IT-related tasks, such as managing emails and digital records.
Ensure all inquiries, whether in-person or over the phone, are handled professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments to support office operations as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
IT Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
