Trainee Sales Engineer/ Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer Role

Give technical advice and guidance on correct mechanical engineering product selection as per customers’ needs.
Generate & provide quotations & proposals of industrial mechanical engineering products and solutions to customers.
Provide technical support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer services - e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation etc.
On site meetings with customers when required.
Product specification plus after sales and service support.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Commutable to the office daily near Borehamwood

Trainee Sales Engineer/ Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer Requirements

Full training is being provided, however having previously sold an engineering product, spare parts or a background working in an engineering environment is beneficial.
Good IT skills and proficient in Microsoft office, ERP, CRM or similar software.
Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support Engineer, Engineering Administrator, Contracts Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Sales Executive, Technical Sales Advisor, Graduate Sales Engineer or similar.
Technical aptitude and/or understanding of engineering equipment - mechanical or industrial engineering products is advantageous but not essential.
Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree in mechanical engineering would be beneficial.
Must be commutable to the office near Borehamwood
