The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team responsible for driving the development and management of Virtual Account Management (VAM) solutions, enabling corporate clients to efficiently manage their banking needs. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and senior management to deliver key insights and innovative solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency in the Virtual Account Management space. Key Responsibilities: • Business Analysis: Analyze and document business requirements from key stakeholders in the corporate banking sector. Define and prioritize requirements related to Virtual Account Management services, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. • Process Improvement: Conduct process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Develop use cases and user stories that translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for the development team. • Solution Design and Delivery: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the effective design and delivery of VAM solutions. Support testing and implementation, ensuring that the solutions meet quality and performance standards. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between business users, technology teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to capture feedback, understand challenges, and manage expectations. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of VAM systems. Required Skills & Experience: • Experience: o 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. o Proven experience in working on Virtual Account Management, Payments, or similar corporate banking products is highly desirable. • Technical Skills: o Strong understanding of banking systems, payments infrastructure, and Virtual Account Management solutions. o Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). o Experience with process mapping, business process modeling, and creating functional specifications. • Analytical Skills: o Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights. o Ability to perform detailed requirement analysis, document use cases, and user stories. • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. o Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams across the organization and manage stakeholder expectations.
