Based in Slough, this role will follow our hybrid working model (3 days a week in the office). No relocation assistance will be offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Harness data points to form a 360 view of the journeys our consumers, fans and families take across our digital touchpoints, connecting engagement data with key data points and insights from other parts of the business.
Represent the voice of the consumer through contact reporting and in-depth insights that drive key business decisions and transformation.
Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, and dashboards to review and communicate performance metrics.
Analyse performance from a well-rounded view, transferring raw data into measurable insights using data points from quantitative and qualitative channels and touchpoints.
Work with partner business teams to proactively define analytic questions, scopes of work and align on priorities, all the while challenging status quo beliefs through insights.
Collaborate in cross-functional projects using data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities.
Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives and insight activities to stakeholders across the business.

LEGO Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) has the objective of putting the voice of the consumer at the heart of everything we do, providing the insights to drive data-based decision making at all levels.
We are looking for a Business Insights Analyst to bring their skills with data analysis, insights creation and communication to contribute to our growth and development. Our data comes from a wide range of interactions with consumers, from phone calls to chatbots to social media, and is evolving all the time. We have the vision to fully utilise this data to drive consumer-focused decision making across the business, and this position will play a key role in driving the realisation.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience working with databases, producing data analytics and reporting.
Advanced ability to utilise various data sources to synthesise insights, and the communication skills to deliver deep-dive reports with strong storytelling narratives via presentations that motivate change.
Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau. SQL/Python and Adobe Analytics would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and partner management skills, including proactively defining questions, scope, and delivery.
Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional project teams.
Engagement and understanding of other business areas, data/insights sources, strategies, challenges.
