En tant qu’IT Officer, vous gérez, maintenez et développez notre infrastructure informatique locale tout en collaborant étroitement avec l’équipe IT du groupe.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’alignement des initiatives informatiques locales avec la stratégie globale du groupe, couvrant un large spectre de responsabilités : infrastructure, sécurité, bases de données, ERP propriétaire, et support technique.
VOS MISSIONS
Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
1.Infrastructure et réseaux
Gérer, maintenir et optimiser les serveurs locaux (Windows, Linux) en conformité avec les standards du groupe.
Superviser et garantir la sécurité des réseaux (LAN, WAN, VPN) locaux et leur interconnexion avec les environnements du groupe.
Administrer les environnements cloud (Azure) en coordination avec l’équipe groupe.
2.Sécurité informatique
Implémenter et surveiller les politiques de sécurité locales en alignement avec les directives du groupe.
Identifier et résoudre les vulnérabilités, tout en collaborant avec l’équipe groupe pour assurer une protection homogène des données et des systèmes.
Tester et maintenir les plans de sauvegarde et de reprise d’activité (PRA/PCA), en lien avec les ressources centrales.
3.Gestion des bases de données
Installer, configurer et maintenir les bases de données locales (SQL Server, MySQL).
Optimiser les performances et sécuriser les données en coordination avec les équipes groupe.
Assurer le respect des normes globales de conformité (ex. : RGPD) pour les bases de données locales.
4.Gestion de l’ERP propriétaire
Administrer l’ERP local, y compris sa maintenance, ses mises à jour et ses intégrations avec d’autres outils du groupe.
Collaborer avec l’équipe groupe pour déployer des évolutions ou modules communs à l’ensemble des filiales.
Former les utilisateurs locaux, fournir un support technique, et assurer une documentation complète des configurations.
Produire des rapports personnalisés pour répondre aux besoins des équipes métiers locales et du groupe.
5.Support technique et maintenance
Fournir un support de niveau 2/3 aux utilisateurs locaux et coordonner avec l’équipe groupe pour les problématiques globales.
Documenter les incidents, les procédures de résolution, et remonter les problématiques récurrentes à l’équipe groupe.
Participer à une veille technologique pour proposer des améliorations et solutions innovantes au niveau local et global.
6.Gestion de projets informatiques
Piloter les projets locaux (migration, modernisation, déploiement de nouveaux outils) en collaboration avec les équipes métiers.
Participer aux projets stratégiques du groupe, en assurant une communication régulière et une harmonisation des processus.
Collaborer avec les prestataires locaux et groupe pour garantir la qualité des livrables et leur intégration.
7.Collaboration avec l’équipe groupe
Participer aux réunions régulières avec l’équipe IT groupe pour échanger sur les besoins, projets et initiatives locales.
Partager les bonnes pratiques et s’assurer de l’application des standards globaux.
Contribuer à l’harmonisation des systèmes et processus IT au sein de toutes les entités du groupe.
VOTRE PROFIL
Vous disposez d’un bachelier ou d’un master en informatique.
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire. Avoir préalablement travaillé dans un environnement international ou multisite est un atout.
Vous possédez les compétences techniques suivantes :
Infrastructure : Expertise en systèmes Windows et Linux, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V).
Réseaux : Bonne maîtrise des réseaux (routage, VLAN, VPN, firewalls).
Bases de données : Gestion avancée des bases de données (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
ERP : Administration et personnalisation d’un ERP, gestion des flux de données et intégrations.
Sécurité : Pratiques de cybersécurité avancées (antivirus, SIEM, MFA).
Outils : Monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix), outils de gestion de parc (GLPI, SCCM).
Vous disposez de certifications techniques telles que Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure, CompTIA Security+.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français. Vous disposez d’une connaissance avancée en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Vous faites preuve de capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexes.
Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos qualités en termes d’autonomie, d’initiative et de curiosité technologique.
Vous avez une excellente communication orale et écrite. Ainsi, vous savez travailler en équipe dans un contexte multiculturel et multisite.
Vous travaillez de manière organisée et êtes apte à gérer plusieurs priorités.
