Service Desk Analyst - Insurance firm - Contract
Our sister company Stellarmann are looking for a contract Service Desk Analyst. Stellarmann build teams of associates to deliver technology and change programmes, in this case for a London market Insurer.
You'll be great for this role if:
You have a passion for quality customer service
You have supported end users with a range of Microsoft offerings, including office 365 and Active Directory
You have experience with Citrix
Experience with Azure is desirable
Experience with ITIL is desirable
This is an outside IR35 Contract paying up to £255 per day. The role offers hybrid working with offices based in London.

- Job Description: This is a hands-on position, and you will be part of the Platform Operations team managing the BAU project workload, for the IT services that support the business.
