About the Role:
As a Quantitative Developer, you will:
Innovate and Build: Design and implement robust infrastructure for pricing, risk management, and P&L calculations surrounding our core pricing library.
Lead and Collaborate: Take charge of major strategic initiatives, guide junior team members, and work closely with IT to meet performance benchmarks.
Support Excellence: Assist quantitative modellers in developing cutting-edge pricing libraries and quantitative tools to enhance platform capabilities.
Deliver Results: Design efficient end-of-day risk and P&L calculations and market data marking pipelines to meet business objectives.
Partner Strategically: Engage with trading desks, quantitative teams, and departments such as Risk, Finance, and Technology to provide solutions tailored to our business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience: A strong background as a Quantitative Analyst or similar roles, with hands-on experience in quantitative finance, IT development, or trading environments.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python and C++, particularly for data analytics.
Financial Expertise: Deep knowledge of risk and P&L calculations, as well as equity derivatives pricing, gained in a front-office environment.
Architectural Skills: Proven experience in multi-component architecture development.
Educational Excellence: A degree in mathematical finance, science, or mathematics from a top-tier university.
