Responsibilities:
Translate user stories into practical, high-quality software implementations.
Integrate cloud, data, and AI components into a cohesive, scalable solution.
Use your expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and microservices architecture to make technological choices that balance speed and quality.
Deliver clean, maintainable code, ensuring thorough documentation and unit testing.
Mentor and coach junior engineers, helping them grow and contribute effectively to the team.
Collaborate in a SCRUM environment with a multinational team to ensure timely delivery.
Contribute to cloud and backend development (AWS, databases, DevOps).
Define integration approaches for third-party components and cloud backends (REST, IoT).
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in enterprise-grade software development.
Strong experience with Typescript, Node.js, AWS, Docker Swarm (AWS Lambda experience a plus).
Proven ability to integrate third-party components and build scalable, high-performance systems.
Experience in coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy in a global team.
Healthcare technology experience is a plus but not required.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.
