A leading operator across the world is seeking an Interim CTO on a 3-month basis to make a meaningful impact on a global scale. We are looking for an interim CTO who can handle complexity while being a hands-on implementer within a large organisation. The ideal candidate will have skills in leading teams, scaling businesses, and aligning business objectives with long-term goals.
As an interim CTO, you will lead the organisation while fostering collaboration, maintaining transparency with global stakeholders and suppliers, building strong relationships, and ensuring technology investments align with commercial goals. We seek someone who has successfully transformed low digital literacy within a business into a successful digital transformation.
Key skills:
Experience driving digital transformation by spearheading initiatives that enhance digital capabilities and leverage emerging technologies.
Able to mature processes by optimising existing workflows for greater operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Putting into place strategies for scaling teams by developing high-performing units that can adapt to evolving demands in global operations.
Able to lead teams through global scaling by managing diverse, cross-functional groups to achieve strategic objectives.
Experience handling complexity by navigating challenges within a large organisation to implement impactful solutions.
Able to overcome challenges by proactively addressing issues to ensure the success of digital initiatives.
Putting into place a technology roadmap by executing a strategic plan that aligns with business objectives and maximises technology investments.
