TwentyAI is assisting a fast-growing fintech company transforming financial services through data-driven technology. They are looking for an information security lead to drive security strategy, manage risks, and ensure compliance across the business.
Reporting to the head of IT governance, this role will lead security operations, oversee compliance, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for security frameworks, incident response, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage security policies, risk frameworks, and compliance programs
Lead cyber incident response, penetration testing, and security enhancements
Oversee cloud security, particularly within Microsoft Azure and Zscaler environments
Manage relationships with third-party security providers and conduct risk assessments
Monitor emerging threats and implement proactive security measures
Key Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and Cyber Essentials
Experience with cloud security solutions, particularly Azure and Zscaler
Proven track record in security leadership and risk management
Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Certifications
CISM, CISSP, GDPR, or technical security certifications

What You Will Be Doing Leading the end-to-end process of building out security solutions and controls - from architecting and designing, through to development and implementation. - Cloud Network Engineer - London/Hybrid - £55K - Permanent role An opportunity to join the cloud infrastructure and networking team within a well established business, to be part of their migration into a full cloud environment. You'll work as part of the team managing the existing on-prem, and growing cloud infrastructure, managing existing environments and assisting in building, designing and launching a cloud-hosted infrastructure. You'll be responsible for operational management of SaaS, IaaS and PaaS environments and will be responsible for automating resource provisioning (compute, storage, monitoring etc) and building and designing new tools and processes to improve experience and reduce errors. You'll need previous experience in a range of IT environments - operating systems, networks, applications, platforms and databases - including commercial experience with cloud technologies including design and deployment. Skills with technologies including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git or equivalents are essential, as are experience with virtualisation (VMWare or similar) and CI/CD pipelines.
