This position is working inside of IR35.
Working for a leading organisation, the AV Technician/Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for ensuring meeting rooms are fully set up and are in working order ahead of the end users meetings. You will be on hand to resolve any technical issues which arise and be able to quickly troubleshoot issues. The technical environment is Teams, Cisco WebEx and Zoom and use Crestron hardware. There are around 20 meeting rooms to support.
There will be an expectation to work across early and late shifts, between 7am - 5pm.
Required Skills:
- AV/Audio Visual support experience
- Strong experience within IT support at 1st/2nd line level, supporting AV equipment
- Experience in setting up meeting rooms and troubleshooting unified communications software
- Experience across Teams, Cisco WebEx and Zoom and Crestron hardware
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit an AV Technician/Audio Visual Technician/AV Engineer/IT Technician/Desktop Support Analyst/Desktop Support Engineer, who has strong experience in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Audio & Visual meeting room technologies.
This AV Technician/AV Engineer position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in London, paying £200 - £250/day (depending upon background and experience) - Limited/Umbrella Company
