Salesforce Solution Architect
Salesforce. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce platform within our transformation programme. The successful candidate will have a strategic vision, a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions, and the technical acumen to drive seamless integration and modernization across our global operations.
Key accountabilities
· Architectural Leadership: Lead the architectural design and strategy for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with the programme’s objectives to harmonize and modernize business processes.
· Solution Design: Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that address business needs, enhance user experience, and drive efficiency in processes.
· Integration: Develop integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, enabling end-to-end process automation and data flow.
· Custom Development: Oversee the development of custom applications, components, and features within the Salesforce platform to meet unique business requirements.
· Best Practices: Promote and enforce best practices in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company guidelines.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, project managers, and executive stakeholders, to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure successful project delivery.
· Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.
· Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to users and administrators to ensure effective utilization and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
· Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, security, and compliance.
· Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
