Job Title: AI Product Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Salary:£80,000 to £85,000 per annum

Role Overview:
As an AI Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the development of AI-powered products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business leaders, to translate product visions into actionable AI-driven solutions. In a fast-paced startup environment, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our AI offerings and ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product life cycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to define AI product requirements and prioritise features based on impact and feasibility.
Analyse market trends, user feedback, and competitor products to inform product strategy and improvements.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap for AI-based products, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to refine models, ensure proper integration, and monitor product performance post-launch.
Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in AI/tech-focused products or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, etc.) and how they apply to product development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Passion for innovation and willingness to wear multiple hats in a startup setting.
