Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Technical Support Engineer at Neuronic AI. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering excellent customer support for AI & LLM services on a global scale.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Analytical Skills for problem-solving
Customer Support and Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with AI technologies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- We are currently working with an aerospace manufacturer who are seeking a CNC CAD/CAM Programmer for an ongoing project focused on the programming, setting, and production of documentation for CNC machines. 6-9 Month Initial Contract - Inside IR35 - Onsite (South Wales) Mon - Thurs Key Responsibilities: Take a 3D model and program the CNC machine process. Develop tooling and setup sheets. Prove out machining processes on CNC machines. Finalize documentation for seamless operator handover. Set up CNC machines using documented processes. Work on both milling and turning operations. Ensure high precision and compliance with aerospace industry standards. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CNC programming, setting, and machining. Strong CAD/CAM programming skills, preferably using SolidCAM or InventorCAM. Proficiency in working with CNC machines (Mazak/ Doosan/ Star/ Fanuc/ Mazatrol) Experience with 3-axis to 5-axis CNC machines and sliding head machines. Understanding of engineering drawings and geometrical tolerancing. Familiarity with measurement equipment (gauges, CMM, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable Skills: Experience using InventorCAM. Familiarity with additional machining brands. Security Clearance is needed (BPSS)
