The Role
You’ll work as part of an established, experienced team, utilizing a wide range of technologies to:
Implement client-requested changes.
Diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
Develop technical and process improvements that meet the highest standards.
Your work will go beyond code; you’ll engage directly with clients, building strong relationships, refining solutions, and providing ongoing support. With autonomy over your schedule and a focus on flexible working, you’ll balance project demands with your work-life needs.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team, driving the delivery of end-to-end solutions.
Act as the design authority, owning technical decisions and solutions.
Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and contributing to team discussions.
Essential Skills
Full-Stack Development Expertise:
Strong proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Familiarity with common network protocols and data exchange formats.
Backend API development and server-side rendering approaches.
Data modelling and querying of transactional and analytical databases.
.NET Development Experience:
3+ years of professional experience with .NET, including:
Entity Framework 6 and Core.
ASP.NET MVC and MVC Core.
Proficiency in RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or Postgres.
Cloud Platforms: Experience configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, and optimizing solutions in AWS.
Agile Development: Demonstrated ability to lead technical approaches in an agile environment and coach team members.
Client-Facing Experience: Strong communication skills and a proven track record of engaging with clients.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical and methodical approach to troubleshooting in both development and production environments.

Execute basic system maintenance including software and operating system patching, software version upgrades and critical patch applications.
