Our client, a leading provider of identity verification technology, is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems used in high level clearnace.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 3rd line technical support for identity verification platforms, resolving complex incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
Write Adhock MS SQL troubleshooting Quiries.
Support cloud infrastructure and applications within AWS environments.
Utilize Tableau for reporting, analytics, and data visualization to enhance operational insights.
Work within ITSM frameworks to manage incidents, changes, and problem resolutions effectively.
Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to drive service improvements.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a 3rd line support role, preferably within identity verification, security, or fintech environments.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Worked on SaaS or Mobile Platforms
Hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, networking, and security.
Familiarity with Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of ITSM processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
