The Role
With very high company retention and employee-focused values, they are now looking to add an experienced 2nd Line Support Consultant to the team. This role will involve, solving technical issues, the deployment of Software, and maintaining good relationships with clients.
You will be joining an experienced and structured team of consultants with progression opportunities into more senior and technical positions.
Full training and onboarding will be delivered upon the start date.

Requirements:
Strong experience in a 2nd Line Support role with additional end-user-facing experience
In-depth experience of Windows Operating Systems, Servers, and Virtual Environments
Experience of managing user and computer accounts in Active Directory
Strong Troubleshooting skills
Previous experience with the roll-out of new software
Experience with Firewalls and Networking Concepts (DHCP/DNS/TCP/IP/Routing and Switching)
Strong customer service skills in communicating with users of all levels
Desirable:
Knowledge or experience with querying SQL Databases
Knowledge or experience with VPNs and Antivirus software and any other Cyber Security products or tools
Understanding of Cyber Security and/or Information Assurance principles and best practices
