Areti Group has exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing fintech that has recently secured Series A funding. As part of their ambitious expansion, they are looking to hire six strong graduates based near Southampton to join their team.
The ideal candidates will be interested in a career in Data, Software Engineering, or Product and will receive full training with a fast-track progression pathway.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious Computer Science graduates eager to progress quickly in a dynamic and innovative environment. You'll work closely with the CTO, onboard clients, optimize software solutions, and play a key role in the company's rapid growth.

Working as part of a lean team, consisting of leading professionals within the buy-side data space, you will report directly to the Global Head of Data. You will work alongside different functions globally to ensure that internal data infrastructure, data contract frameworks and relationships with crucial external stakeholders (such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Refinitiv) are managed and improved in an efficient and smooth fashion. The core remit combines both commercial and 'hands-on' data and Vendor management responsibilities - the hire will work with / manage market data vendors & all relevant contracts (licencing, renewals, usage analysis) + the onboarding of new partners. The hire will also play a key role on major projects to improve internal data usage and spend management, the procurement lifecycle and supporting the integration of new tools to be used by the wider team.
