The Finance BP (and Management Account) team supports the team's full process of Budget Management, including but not limited to forecasting, review & approval, implement, tracking&monitoring, settlement, efficiency analysis, performance recap, risk control and other finance related issues to assist the team on both strategy decision making and daily operation.
Responsibilities:
Management Reporting Preparation: Participate in monthly closing for management reporting. Organize business and accounting data under the guidance of Finance BP. Prepare multi-dimensional management reporting financial statements. Explain budget to actual variances.
Projections and Budget: Assist Finance BP in collecting and producing financial projections and budget. Ensure forecasts and models are reasonable and accurate.
Analysis and Research: Assist Finance BP in deep-dive analysis and external market research. Provide insights to the business team.
Review and Approve Finance Processes: Review contract, procurement, settlement, etc. applications. Ensure accuracy of business fields and identify/control potential risks.
Master Data and Budget System Maintenance: Maintain and update budget accounts, cost centers, and other financial master data. Timely update settings in the budget system. Complete updates and iterations of the budget system with the system team.
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
2-3 years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
Eager to learn with a strong learning ability; able to work independently with attention to detail in the face of pressure and rapid change.
Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
Mandarin speaking.
Preferred Job Requirements:
High growth tech start-up, E-commerce or MNC experience is preferred.
Strong Excel skills; working knowledge of tools (Hyperion, SQL, Python, etc.) is preferred.
