Your Main Responsibilities:
Being part of the AMOS support team as super key user.
Assist the users with their day to day support needs.
Trouble shoot system functionalities errors and report to provider(s).
Test the new system releases.
Liaise with providers and customers for support, development, migration & interface.
Analyze and recommend system and parameter improvement.
Analyze data quality and alignment with concerned stake holders.
Develop customized reports.
Perform data migration.
Create and maintain business processes and system working instructions.
Make and perform training to end-users.
Participle or lead system development projects.

Your Profile :
Degree in engineering or IT or equivalent experience in a similar operational environment.
Experience in airlines or MRO industry is an asset.
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance process and regulation is an asset.
Previous experience with AMOS as end-user, preferably as key-user or super key-user.
Strong analytic skills.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals.
Proficiency in coordinating meetings, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
SQL knowledge is an asset.
