Location: London, Hybrid remote

The role
We are seeking a person who is:

The Role of Program Management Office (PMO):
The company has an established PMO for its global marketing department, in essence they ‘quarter back’ the work of the entire organisation and assure that our critical activities come out on time & on budget.
The PMO has a framework which helps to govern key programs and projects including planning, deployment and monitoring activities with the wider team. Ensuring timelines, budget and OKRs are established within initiation and collaborating with teams to continue monitoring throughout the lifecycle of key activities.
Our primary PMO software platform is Asana, which is already embedded on an enterprise wide basis. The PMO also liaises with the central Finance & Legal departments. The function directly helps the Chief of Staff track and measure our budgetary spend, requesting and issuing Purchase Orders and ensuring the marketing org spends in accordance with its strategic timelines.
What you will do…
· Undertake tasks & projects assigned to them by the Director, Marketing – PMO
· Execute key projects and initiatives assigned to them in Asana and ensure their smooth delivery
· Ensure the PMO is operating efficiently by reviewing Asana performance metrics and suggest areas for improvement
· Provide support to other team members to execute their roles effectively and to ensure the PMO is operating optimally
· The role will develop a process for establishing program and project budgets, including the continued monitoring and management of spending.
· Producing financial reports as needed both at the departmental and individual initiative level as required by the CMO
· Develop a process for vendor onboarding and management (including spend) on a consistent basis.
What we expect…
· Must have 5+ years’ experience as a Senior - Program Manager / Project Management / PMO for SaaS firms
· Ideally has directly worked in or supported a Marketing organisation, function or role
· Must have experience working in a Project Management Office and its operating model (this cannot be new to you)
· Must be able to demonstrate experience of developing and managing projects, budgets and spend.
· A solution orientated individual with a “can do” attitude
· Demonstrable experience in process optimisation, innovation, efficiency realisation programs
· Possess critical thinking and understands the company vision and how the global marketing department supports that
· The successful candidate will have impeccable written, verbal and presentation communication skills
· Must have experience of managing and onboarding vendors
