Job Title: Senior Salesforce Architect – Telecommunications
We are a leading telecommunications company seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect to join our team. As part of our dynamic team, you will ensure our Salesforce solutions align with our business objectives, enhance system integration, and drive technical excellence.
Rates: Market - Dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
Direct Salesforce development to maintain high-quality, consistent solutions across various projects.
Oversee the integration of different business units into a unified Salesforce platform for seamless operations.
Ensure business processes adhere to corporate standards, streamlining efficiency and compliance.
Work with multiple teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions within a larger IT ecosystem, linking critical systems (e.g., billing, customer interaction).
Manage and optimize Salesforce platform integrations to support internal and external business functions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience as a Senior Solution Architect, specializing in Salesforce within enterprise-level projects.
Expertise in Salesforce architecture and integrating it within diverse business environments.
Experience working in telecommunications, understanding key processes and customer needs.
Proven success in implementing Salesforce integrations with systems such as billing, pricing, and customer management.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across business and technical teams to achieve project success.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
