Senior Developer / route to tech leadership - Trading - Maritime
Location: London, 3 days per week in the office
Salary range: £80,000-£85,000 + up to 25% bonus + benefits
Tech: Python, React, Mongo, AWS, Lambda
Industry: Shipping / Maritime - Exchange trading platform (commodities, derivatives, indices)

Immersum continues to support the growth of a specialist consultancy who solely specialise in the Maritime trading industry. You will work onsite with 1 specific client to be part of the new product build supporting the growth of the companies market benchmark reporting and how data is presented to the markets.

The Company:
They have a long history providing IT services to the Maritime industry and are looking to provide its Data Insights services to key business partners, working with multiple data providers in the shipping and maritime industry building out indices and financial data for commodities and derivatives that they publish to their investors and traders.

The Role:
The successful candidate will work on all aspects of our client's software architecture, refactoring their current platform and driving performance through their nearshore teams of Developers, QA's and London based Product, Delivery and Data teams. This extends to, Software, ML, financial benchmark production, and Data.
