Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to develop and implement a data governance framework tailored for practical application within the organization. This role involves establishing key components of data governance, creating guidance for data stakeholders, and enabling a structured approach to data management. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to assess the current maturity of data governance and drive the adoption of toolkits, policies, and metrics.

Resonsibilities:
A comprehensive data governance framework outlining the essential components.
Development and curation of toolkits and guidance to support data governance adoption, leveraging existing materials where applicable.
Identification and assessment of gaps in policies and processes related to data governance.
A roadmap for phased implementation of governance elements and toolkits.
Defined metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of data governance initiatives across the organization.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong understanding of data governance best practices and industry standards.
Experience in developing policies, standards, and procedures related to data governance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and enhance governance strategies.
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
Proven expertise in leading high-priority change initiatives.
