About the Role:

Join a dynamic company building gas efficient fully decentralised exchange (DEX) that are seeking a Frontend Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture and development of their trading interfaces. As part of this role, you will:

Play a key role in our company, contributing to the development of an innovative decentralized exchange built on cutting-edge technology.

Architect and develop desktop and mobile clients, including:

Building frontend features
Ensuring a smooth, responsive experience
Integrating with backend systems and data streams
Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to create a seamless, high-performance user experience.
Mentor and guide frontend team members on best practices and high-quality engineering standards.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of frontend engineering experience
Expertise in architecting and developing desktop & mobile UIs
Proven track record of shipping products and writing production-grade code
Strong skills in CSS, TypeScript, React/React Native, Redux, Hooks, and similar frameworks
Experience with WebSockets & REST API integration
Leadership in cross-functional product launches
