Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) – FinTech Scale-Up
Compensation: Up to £250,000 Total Compensation (Base + Bonus)

My client is one of the fastest growing scale-ups to launch in New York in the last 15 years and has just had over $200 million in funding from several leading financial institutions like BlackRock to embark on “Phase 2” of their movement.

They offer a unique fixed-income trading application that utilises an all-encompassing machine-learning-based platform for negotiating, receiving, and executing trades entirely electronically! The platform has generated over $20 billion in trading volumes consecutively over the last 5 months, so extremely lucrative.

Role:

They’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) to join one of the firm's most prestigious engineering teams. You will be responsible for architecting and building a next-generation trading platform to allow the firm to expand its trading capabilities, whilst providing internal and external users the ability to trade and apply bespoke solutions across the platform.

You need to have the ability to build highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems using BOTH Java and React, but ultimately, we are looking for an individual who has ideas; someone who can look at a problem and come up with a soliton that will change the firms technology landscape for years to come.

If you feel like your skills match up to who they’re looking for, then please apply here!

Required Skills:
Experience building sophisticated Full Stack solutions and complex systems.
Solid exposure to working within cloud computing environments.
Proficient as a Full Stack Engineer (Java & React).
Well-versed using Kafka for streaming and event processing architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Benefits:
Hybrid Working Environment
Competitive compensation and benefits of up to £250,000.
Take ownership and see how your work impacts the business.
A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Cutting-edge technology stack and exciting challenges.
