Our client is one of the country’s fastest growing EdTech and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies and in their Leeds office, they’re looking to hire a Helpdesk Engineer as part of their 2025 growth.

You’ll have the chance work across a range of tools and technologies with Windows 10, Office 365 (O365), Active Directory (AD), the G Suite and, Mac and even Cloud (Azure, AWS)

You’ll provide critical 1st line, helpdesk, support across the business, a fast – paced environment where IT and technology is at the forefront of everything.

Requirements:

- Experience of IT operations, Helpdesk and / or 1st line support
- Good knowledge of Windows 10, Office, G Suite and general networking
- Excellent communication skills
- Any experience of Cloud would be ideal
- Knowledge of Mac, mobile devices, Windows Server and AD
