Your mission
As a Senior Account Executive at Intigriti, you will play a pivotal role in driving cybersecurity innovation for large enterprise clients. Your mission is to connect organizations with the benefits of crowdsourced security, reducing risk while advancing social good. In this role, you’ll partner with clients to understand their security challenges, demonstrating how Intigriti’s platform and ethical hacker community can proactively address vulnerabilities.

What you’ll be doing
Revenue Growth: Own and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories, focusing on high-value, enterprise-level clients by driving new partnerships that leverage Intigriti’s crowdsourced security solutions.
Solution Selling: Utilize a consultative, insight-driven approach to present Intigriti’s unique value proposition, demonstrating how our solutions address specific cybersecurity challenges faced by enterprise clients.
Research & Industry Insight: Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and geopolitical developments, bringing this knowledge to client conversations to create relevance and impact of adopting bug bounty to combat and keep pace with adversaries.
Sales Methodology: Apply methodologies such as Command of the Message, Powerbase Selling, MEDDPICC, or Challenger to effectively map Intigriti’s value to each client’s needs, creating a compelling case for partnership.
Executive Relationship Building: Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, fostering a shared commitment to cybersecurity and demonstrating the benefits of partnering with a global hacker community.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client value.
Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent Intigriti at industry events, webinars, and conferences, positioning the company as a leader in crowdsourced security and showcasing its impact on business and society.

What you’ll bring
Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise or large account sales within cybersecurity or consultative sales roles.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas with large enterprise accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
Sales Methodology Proficiency: Experience with methodologies such as Command of the Message, Powerbase Selling, MEDDPICC, or Challenger, with the ability to adapt based on client needs.
Growth Mindset & Curiosity: A proactive approach to learning, with strong interest in cybersecurity trends, industry insights, geopolitical developments, and emerging threats, and the ability to bring this knowledge into client engagements.
Analytical & Research Skills: Strong ability to leverage insights from cyber trends, news, and global events to create compelling, relevant client conversations.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
Collaboration & Adaptability: A team player who is adaptable to dynamic client needs and committed to working collaboratively to drive solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant Experience in Consultative Roles: Background in consultative, solution-based sales within enterprise tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
Technical Acumen: Ability to effectively discuss cybersecurity and crowdsourced security concepts with clients.
